There were no system issues in September. Everything worked perfectly. As it should.
Just the usual addition of new features based on our clients needs.
On August 19th our main NY data center failed an automated consistency check and went into read-only mode. Posting was possible via an alternative data center.
It took unfortunately a couple of hours for the main system to be writeable again. As a reaction to this we are revising our internal policies right now. This process is currently under way and should be completed shortly.
We promise 100% uptime to our clients. Payments for the entire month of August for our NY clients has been optional. Please get in touch should we need to adjust your invoice.
Everything worked perfectly in July 2015.
We upgraded our network capacity in our NY data center by adding another Tier-1 network provider.

Rather silently we crossed the 10 million file and 5,000 update marks respectively.
March saw 100% service availability in all aspects of the system.
All systems ran without interruptions or issues in February.
We installed 99 software updates in February. Business as usual.
All our data centers worked perfectly in December 2015.
On January 5th around 2% of our clients connecting to the west coast data center were impacted by an isolated routing issue. It took unfortunately 30 minutes to get resolved. We have altered our mix of upstream providers to avoid issues of this nature in the future.
West coast: perfect.
Europe: perfect.
New York:
On December 12th our NY data center experienced a brief outage. Recent upgrades showed pleasant results in that the overall impact was much reduced compared to the event in October.
