No problems or issues in November 2015 in any of our data centers.
As usual upgrades and added features along the needs of our clients.
All systems worked without a hitch in October.
There were no system issues in September. Everything worked perfectly. As it should.

On August 19th our main NY data center failed an automated consistency check and went into read-only mode. Posting was possible via an alternative data center.
It took unfortunately a couple of hours for the main system to be writeable again. As a reaction to this we are revising our internal policies right now. This process is currently under way and should be completed shortly.
We promise 100% uptime to our clients. Payments for the entire month of August for our NY clients has been optional. Please get in touch should we need to adjust your invoice.

We upgraded our network capacity in our NY data center by adding another Tier-1 network provider.
